Abtech Heaters & Controllers offers ceramic band heaters that are specifically designed and manufactured to meet the ever increasing demand for energy conservation and to improve operation efficiency. The ceramic Band Heaters transmit heat through both conduction and radiation. The construction is helical wound resistance coil of Nickel chrome wire. This coil is passed through the holes in specially designed ceramic bricks in such a way that the coil is evenly stretched and flexible ceramic heating mat gets formed.
